A great place
I went recently to a bondage party here, and I must say I was impressed by this place. Facilities include all you need for a good sm play (benches, ropes, crosses, bondage chairs, etc). The industrial environment is a plus. Very clean facilities (including toilets) and friendly staff. Paper, lube and condoms freely available. Check their site for the party you're interested in and give it a try!
