Een van de meest opvallende gebouwen in de stad is het enigszins optimistisch genaamde ‘Phnom Penh National Olympic Stadium’.
Het in 1964 gebouwde stadion is de thuisbasis van het Cambodjaanse nationale voetbalelftal, hoewel het ook voor andere sporten zoals volleybal en basketbal wordt gebruikt. Gelegen aan de Sihanouk Boulevard.
