Sauna KM 22 - GESLOTEN

Walked all the way there (and it's difficult to find) only to discover a scruffy deserted abandoned place with "Closed" scrawled on a piece of paper on the door. Don't waste your time.

I can see why the reports say there are very few visitors to KM22. It is impossible to find. The address given on the KM22 website is wrong. Avenida Grandes Playas 52 is a private residence in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I have been searching for KM22 for two days and have driven the entire length of Avenida Grandes Playas numerous times with no luck. I tried emailing KM22, but they did not reply. It is bad when a business lists the incorrect address on their website. How do they expect customers to find them? Most people will give up in frustration as I have.

I went to the sauna on Friday evening and I ended with a mixture of positive and negative impressions: Positive: big jacuzzi ( although a bit difficult to climb in), decent hot sauna, clean relax rooms, free condoms / lube and friendly staff. Negative: at 7 pm the sauna was almost deserted (4 men there counting me) and later the attendance was not impressive, there was a huge cockroach running along the border of the jacuzzi, safe doors were relatively easy to open without the proper key, locals guys used the sauna to meet, so they were not in for sex with other guys, cold drinks were warm (the man in charge excused himself in the fact that they charged the fridge an hour ago). In short, a place worth visiting if you have nothing to do in the evening but don't expect too much or you will be disappointed.

In the daytime the bar in front looks closed and we suspected the sauna may have closed also BUT.......I visited there this evening and can confirm it is open and what's more is fitted to a high standard with a huge hot tub, lots of cabin and a decent sauna. Great lighting, very clean, staff were very friendly. This venue is a credit to the town and I really hope enough guys start visiting to ensure this superb facility stays open. Guys...... go pay a visit, you won't be disappointed. I can highly recommend it, better than many saunas in the UK!

Nice place, clean, smart, friendly guy on the door. Had a nice time and local guys are very friendly! Will return when next here.

una sauna con labirinti glory hole dark e quant'altro a corralejo??!! Una piacevole sorpresa, tra l'altro molto ben fatta. Mi ricorda tanto la royal hammam di milano (manca solo la sauna vapore a 2 piani;)) . Per il resto, mi sono divertito molto, non molta gente ma io preferisco di più, si conclude di più e si conosce anche meglio. Molti majoreri (i selvaggi del posto, un incrocio tra arabi e andalusi) ma anche molti tedesconi arrossati e ben messi. insomma da consigliare !!
