The spa reception was fairly impressive and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the manager was sarcastic, bitchy and wore a plastic smile towards customers. My accompanying friend was turned off by his attitude and left. I was attracted to a masseur in the photo album, so I tried his service. He was quite charming, brought me to a small room without a proper bed. His massage was ok, barely half an hour. He engaged into 'special' service with me. Later he led me into a shared toilet to shower and then proceeded back to that tiny room, sitting down with him and chatted a little bit because still short of 20 minutes to finish the one hour session. The spa could have been better if the manager had better PR skill and masseurs given better training and more satisfying services to customers.

Firstly, the guy who is usually manning the reception tends to talk behind the customer's back, and I find him quite sarcastic and bitchy. The kind of diva attitude you'd expect from a princess anyway. I must say their photoshop skills are fantastic because the guys look so lean, muscular and clean-cut. Now if only I could have the photograph massage me instead..

Basic Massage was only for few minutes. Rest of the time was Masseur’s self satisfaction trying to withdraw money from customer which was really a rough approach.

Entered the shop and was greeted by a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the lobby. The manager attended to me with polite words, in between running around shouting at the masseurs and berating his receptionist. I was given a photo album to pick a masseur and I was disappointed when my chosen masseur looked older and less muscular than depicted in the picture, but he seemed so happy to be picked that I didn't have the heart to send him back. I would suggest looking at them in person to choose, but that option wasn't offered to me. Either way, every masseurs I had a chance to see were sulking. There were also no measures taken to help customers avoid each other. I bumped into several other customers leaving and entering the rooms and premises during my time there. My massage was average. For the quality of the massage, the unpleasant ambiance and heavily photoshopped pictures, I felt it was not worth the money spent. It's unlikely that I will ever return.

I was greeted by Marcos with his recommendations I got a cute masseur. I like the 10 mins foot bath. I am impress with his skills in scrub and massage. After the massage i have got a good sleep when I reach home. I hope my next visit I will get the same one to do for me.

Website pricing on official HTSpa is different from actual. It is more expensive. The free 10 min foot bath is a gimmick, the staff claimed that this is not available for normal massage. So why publish in the first place?

I love the place is clean, nice service, good massage, best promotion packages. Near by giant super market, a lot of cafe & restaurants around. Wasy to go back city square or Singapore. Best gay massage center in jb Malaysia. I will bring all my gay friends here again.
