I love Istanbul and have visited many times. But just because we can visit a country doesn't mean we should. This recent attack on our community means i won't visit until conditions improve. why should we reward Turkey with our tourism dollars?

What about the LGBT situation elsewhere in Turkey? Would there be problems with two men sharing a hotel room, either with one bed or two? Would this be an issue that the hotel might report to authorities?
